Other ResourcesThe Universal Gnostic Church Gnostic Lessons are available to all people regardless of their religious preferences. There is no charge for using their study materials. The curriculum of the Minor Orders is intended to help spiritual aspirants find and follow their own spiritual path. The ancient Essenes were a healing sect to which Mary, Joseph, the Master Jesus and Mary Magdalene are thought to have belonged. The Order of Modern Essenes is a healing order that teaches several healing techniques including the Hands of Love, Healing Breath, Foot Reflexology and the Five Channels of Healing. The Order of Mary is a quasi-contemplative order dedicated to Mary the mother of Jesus, Mary his older sister and Mary Magdalene open to both contemplative and sustaining members. The Order teaches a powerful form of communion with the Divine called Intentional Prayer and supports both the Intentional Prayer Network and the Intentional Prayer Project. The original Esoteric Order of the Golden Dawn is defunct. It has been resurrected as the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn, the Holy Order of the Golden Dawn and several other organizations including the Magickal Order of the Golden Dawn We recommend the Magickal Order and their discussion group to all spiritual seekers regardless of their religious preferences. The Ancient Order of Druids in America is compatible with most spiritual paths. Traveling an Earth Path is recommended to all who value nature and seek grounding in their spiritual path. We recommend their Druid discussion group for those interested in Druidry. John Michael Greer, the Grand Archdruid for AODA is a well-known author and Druid expert. The Gnostic Yoga Fellowship recommends that all students start a spiritual path of transformation to change themselves into whatever they want to become. We've found the Order of Spiritual Alchemy to be helpful for students seeking to transform themselves into spiritual beings. We recommend the alchemy discussion group and alchemy newsletter for those interested in this subject. We also like the almost-quarterly Alchemy Journal published by Dennis William Hauck. Masonry has been the bastion of white males for centuries. I don't like that. The Ancient, Accepted and Esoteric Freemasons has an open membership policy regardless of gender, race or religion. It's the only Masonic organization I know where you can start your own Masonic Lodge under their jurisdiction. Universal Seminary is a non-denominational university that offers advanced degrees in religious studies, divinity, ministry and theology. They also offer a series of courses leading to certification as a Spiritual Coach through the Spiritual Coaches Certification Board. The Universal Gnostic Church publishes the Gnostic News newsletter which is recommended to students interested in the Qaballah and the Gnostic Gospels. The Qabalah teaches a spiritual method for working with the Tarot cards which is quite unlike "Fortune Telling." One of the best sources for information about the spiritual uses of Tarot is the Tarot News newsletter and the Tarot Institute web site. The Wonder of it AllThe Wonder of it All is a wonderful website with relaxing music and an inspirational message that reminds us of the Wonder of it All. This is a nice place to go whenever we need loving peace and inspiration in our lives. Plan to spend a few minutes here to really enjoy the benefit of the Wonder of it All.
